6. Documents & Records That You Will Need To Have To Value Your Company:
- Copy of balance sheets for 3 years. If you have multiple locations that you have run as separate companies, you will need to consolidate your financial statements into one.
- Copy of profit & loss statements for 3 - 5 years.
- Salary history and list of "perks" taken by owners.
- List of company's physical assets, (inventory, computers, etc.).
- Sales history of all books, by type or by title. (If you have it.)
- Copies of current lease or property profile if you own the building.
- Organization chart and salaries of all employees.
