You get paid for what you do. Not for what you should have done.
Don't wait for a disaster, pending bankruptcy or a heart attack to take action.
Procrastination is your enemy. If you wait for even one year past your company's financial prime, you could be throwing away hundreds of thousands, or even millions of dollars.
Don't dismiss the unsolicited offer to buy your company. If it is a legitimate buyer, that company might be motivated enough to pay a premium price.
